Warlock Brawl 087b has been released

When will this be released?
What needs to be done:
- High resolution custom terrain editor
- Final balances, in particular lightning and splitter
- Map preview change
- Make balanced constants for 1vs1 in "-League B"
- Map protection improvements
- Make a command to set which spells will be allowed (may be postponed)

- Remade mode: "-ghost"
- New mode: "-avatar"
- New powerful spells: "Cataclysm" and "Torrent" only available in the new modes while playing as Ghost or Avatar.
- New settings option: "-healme" (this is a test thing so far)

Balances
- Splitter target mode damage reduced from 2.3 to 2.0
- Splitter target mode knockback reduced from 70% to 55%
- Splitter target mode cooldown reduced by 3 seconds
- Splitter target mode child missile range reduced by 20%
- Teleport cooldown rebalanced
- Thrust cooldown rebalanced
- Displacement cooldown rebalanced
- Rush rebalanced
- Meteor knockback reduced from 100% to 80%
- Fireball collision size increased from 23 to 25
- Time Shift cooldown rebalanced
- Link cooldown reduced by 1 second
- Meteor basic AoE has been increased by 10
- Bouncer upgrade cost reduced by 1 gold
- Bouncer collision size increased from 20 to 23
- Drain cost increased by 1 gold
- Lightning collision size reduced from 64 to 56
- Cluster collision size increased from 22 to 23
- Firespray collision size increased from 20 to 22
- Firespray cooldown now decreases by 1 second for each upgrade instead of 0.5
- Cape knockback reduction removed

Fixes
- Wind Walk level 7 now increases movement speed
- Immortal targets (right after spawn) no longer displays 'yellow text tags' when taking damage
- Immortal targets can no longer be pulled by link and gravity
- Freeze 7 (available with Stone of Jordan) no longer has 0 casting range
- Life steal no longer works on pillars
- Wind Walk no longer deals AoE damage to the main target. This solves the known 'extreme knockback issue' of Wind Walk.
- Arisen in -ghost mode can no longer hurt the hidden
- Boomerang can no longer be cast at close range, resulting in a major 'boomerang flyback'
- Cape no longer has twice as much hp regeneration as it was supposed to

Miscellaneous
- Meteor now has shadow
- Meteor size is depending on the level of metoer and AoE mastery
- Some triggers are optimized
